Catering

We are constantly developing the Lux Stockholm organisation and can now offer home and event catering as well as Lux food events, chocolate tasting and wine tasting. We are also open to suggestions as to how we can help you create your ideal culinary experience.

A typical home catering process
We bring Lux Stockholm including all staff, food and drink to the adress you provide whether it be a dinner occasion or a wedding.
Ordering is easy, we take care of every detail so you and your guests can simpy enjoy! We can even provide food only, staff only or your very own wine tasting, all acording to your wishes.

The Lux food event take place at the Lux Stockholm restaurant on a Sunday or Monday and is organised according to number of people attending. The minimum number required is 10 people, if you are more than 20 activities will be divided into groups, ie. one group will have a chocolate tasting while another group prepares food, after which the groups swap activity.
We have our very own exclusive patisserie, Lux Dessert and Chocolate where we offer various tasting events and cake, bread and dessert catering for larger events.
Lux is adaptable and together we can tailor arrangements to suit you exactly.

Canapés
Cumin seasoned tartar of Svartdålen entrecôte with pickled onion and garden cress
Bleak roe from Storofjärden with buckwheat pancake and sour cream
Lightly smoked duck from Hagby Farm, walnut bread, celery slaw and salted nuts
Air dried Fors Manor ham on artichoke and Provençale olives

Canapés are small ”in the hand” snacks that go perfectly with an apéritif.

SEK 495 including VAT per person
All courses are served on a large dishes. The buffet includes starters, main course and desserts.
The chefs arrange all buffets in situ.

Three course dinner
Grilled sugared and salted scallop from Frøja with dill spiced cucumber and bread flakes

Rack and braised side of pork from Domta Farm with freshly grated Risung truffle and root vegetable purée

Fresh nougatine sugared raspberries, raspberry bavaroise and chilled Ekesta Farm milk

SEK 695 including VAT per person
Bread from our own bakery Lux Dessert and Chocolate is included in the buffet and three course dinners. Menus can be adjusted according to wishes.
Extra charges
Hired serving staff are charged at SEK 300/hr per person +VAT.
Transport costs are dependent on event location.
