We stand for an experience which involves really good food. As our guest you can enjoy modern cuisine made with the best of swedish grown produce and served in a relaxed atmosphere.
Our intention is to offer you a combination of the latest and best of european gastronomy with value for money. We develop our dishes using ecological produce in close co-operation with handpicked local producers from Uppland, Sörmland and the fertile Mälardalen.
The creativity you meet in the food and presentation is overseen by our creative director Henrik Norström. Inspiration comes from around the world but not before we combine them with our nordic requirements do we have a hit. Lux is not homely fare exceptionally prepared. Lux is something unique using Swedish flavours as a palette.
As well as the very relaxed atmosphere in the dining area we would like you as our guest to feel like a part of our heritage. Don’t be surprised if we put the final touches to your meal directly at your table. This is also an opportunity to learn more about Nordic cuisine so if there is something you are curious about please do not hesitate to ask.

Distinctions
Henrik Norström is a multifaceted prize winning chef with a silver in the worlds most prestigious competition, the Bocuse d’Or, in 2001. In 2009 he coached Jonas Lundgren who went on to win silver in the same competition.
